All of these skills assisted Attorney Vega Lassalle in his seven years as an attorney with the Department of Justice in the Federal Litigation Division.  As a Federal Litigator Attorney Vega Lassalle where his duties included but were not limited to the following:

Ø      Prepare, file and prosecute civil rights actions, personal injury, immigration and government affairs at the U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals.

 

Ø      Represent the Government of meetings within law firms and other government agencies.

 

Ø      Reviewed government documents and prepared and examined contracts, motions which involved government sales, leases, grants, and cases.

 

Ø      Practiced before U.S. District Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals, administrative boards and agencies.

 

Ø      Met the clients and made strategies for trials based on needs and approvals of clients.


In addition, Attorney Vega Lassalle was the Commissioner of Municipal Affairs, Legal Division, Puerto Rico where he practiced before administrative boards and agencies; interfaced with various governmental entities and served as legal advisor.

EDUCATION:
Attorney Vega Lassalle is fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish and obtained his Undergraduate Bachelors of Arts In Criminal Justice Degree from InterAmerican University in Puerto, Rico and his Law Degree from Inter-American Law School.
